Eye Level Math Olympiad (ELMO)
The Eye Level Math Olympiad (a.k.a. ELMO) is an annual mathematics contest that began in 2004, with over 60,000 students from 15 countries participating.
The year 2024 marks the 21st anniversary of ELMO and its inaugural appearance in Vietnam as an offline event, hosted by YAHO LAB (YAHO!) in strategic collaboration with the Young Science & Technology Development Center (TST). This competition provides primary school students in Ho Chi Minh City with the opportunity to compete against over 60,000 peers worldwide in various areas of mathematics, including algebra, measurement, geometry, data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

1. Comprehensive Evaluation
ELMO evaluates arithmetic skills, comprehension, and problem-solving ability required for each grade.

Participants in ELMO can gain valuable experience by competing with students from around the world.

ELMO 2024 PREPARATION PROCESS
Schedule a Diagnostic Test
Candidates selected by the school for the competition will receive a free math assessment at school (or at home). The test will take 15-20 minutes.

YAHO! Analyzes and Delivers Test Results
The test results will provide an accurate overview of each student's math abilities and learning needs. Results will be sent to the school (or parents), including a recommended starting point for ELMO 2024 preparation.
Plan Weekly Exam Preparation
Each week, YAHO! will arrange teaching specialists at the school (or at the student's home) to conduct exam preparation sessions using the Eye Level Math curriculum, tailored to the diagnostic test results.

ELMO 2024 Exam Preparation
Candidates will be trained with ELMO practice tests, giving them the opportunity to experience and become familiar with the international ELMO standard exams.
